A Proposal and Internal Information Manager is needed for the Chicago, IL location. A successful candidate will possess strong writing, presentation, and document archiving skills. General activities will include developing and implementing the content management strategy for projects, including creating project descriptions and regularly updating project information from initiation to completion. Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain a library/search methodology for rapid identification of appropriate qualification materials and assist with proposal preparation, including the preparation and review of all non-technical requirements and ensuring compliance with specific proposal guidelines and contract specifications.
The role also involves collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts to develop SOQs/proposals/resumes and other technical marketing materials, as well as regular blogs/newsletter/marketing outreach materials. The candidate will assist with website content management and other internal communications as directed, along with other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Strong professional writing skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and editing/proof-reading experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver visually appealing and engaging material. Experience creating and updating templates. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or the appropriate software for the role described. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Experience with or knowledge of proposal writing processes, particularly government requests for proposals (RFPs), is a plus.
