Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Marketing Manager II. Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to manage and execute a regular cadence of customer newsletters and personalized campaigns using customer data
- Build and maintain a comprehensive annual campaign calendar for the newsletter program in partnership with cross-functional and internal stakeholders
- Support the internationalization of lifecycle marketing campaigns through detailed project planning, budget tracking, collaboration, and execution
- Incorporate test & learn strategies into your initiatives by implementing measurement best practices and partnering with the Analytics team to measure lift on KPIs
- Partner with Marketing Operations to plan and manage the end to end process of multi-channel campaigns, using the right technology and data to amplify the strategy
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure we're communicating the right value prop, market context and product features for key segments and markets
- Partner closely with analytics and use customer behavior and data insights to design triggered communications such as feature abandon series and upgrade series targeting customers when they become eligible for advanced features
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle/Email marketing, with a preference for candidates that have worked on newsletters or retention and churn prevention
- Proven ability utilizing key customer and behavioral data to drive compelling and relevant customer communications strategies that drive business impact
- Experience with utilizing dynamic content and audience segmentation to develop relevant and personalized messaging
- Familiar with, and adept at implementing, testing best practices that ensure your campaigns are measured against company KPIs, and are constantly iterating based on those results
- Customer obsessed and understand the need to put customers at the center of all programs
- Self-starter and with a bias for action
- Extremely organized, dependable and a stickler for the details
- Fflexible and adaptive to change with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS products, and specifically SaaS based marketing solutions, a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
