We need a communications expert with a passion for storytelling and an eye for journalism. Perficient is currently looking for a
Communications Associate Coordinator for our corporate office located in St. Louis, Missouri.
(Hybrid; Minimum 2x IN OFFICE)
The Communications Associate Coordinator reports directly to Perficient’s Communications Manager and will support the ongoing efforts of Perficient’s Content and Communications team, assisting in the creation, curation and cultivation of strategic, employment brand content that aligns with Perficient’s overall strategy and business objectives. You will write, write, and write.

Responsibilities
- Support strategic communications programs and content marketing campaigns, with a focus on employment branding and internal communications
- Champion the Perficient brand with right message, right audience, right time idea across all marketing channels
- Assist in content creation in support of various internal communications channels, including corporate emails, company intranet, company newsletter, and blog program
- Assist in creating compelling employment brand content across all channels
- Assist with project management and administration of company intranet and internal communications calendar
- Provide strategic input on opportunities to evolve plans and process to grow program success
Qualifications
The role includes creating compelling messaging and storylines together with developing and leveraging relationships to strengthen Perficient’s brand and reputation in the market.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A bachelor’s level degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing
- One to three years’ professional experience, or demonstrated aptitude with job requirements, in communications, journalism or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and create content from SME interviews, technical documents, etc.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong knowledge of Associated Press style
- Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives
- Sound project management and time management skills
- Ability to work professionally with leaders throughout the organization
- Strong experience driving content through multiple channels
- Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, autonomous and proactive
- Team player, self-starter with a passion for technology who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group’s marketing mission
- IT industry and/or professional services experience is a plus.
