Overview:
Tiare Hawaii is looking for a collaborative, action-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Operations Strategist with graphic design skills to help build and guide the effectiveness of our marketing efforts across our e-commerce and B2B business.
Own the entire process -
E-commerce Management: You ensure our e-commerce platform has up-to-date content, adhering to our go-to-market calendar. You are the point person for back-end e-commerce management, building out products and collections as needed.
Email Marketing: You manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish. You have excellent writing skills and can deliver a compelling copy.
Brand Marketing: You have graphic design skills to help guide the visual content creation for our e-commerce and B2B platforms. You have experience building digital content across advertising platforms, utilizing graphics to tell a story.
Be a collaborative team player: we don’t work in silos. You’ll get to work with teammates throughout the company to manage go-to-market e-commerce and B2B deliverables for monthly/annual campaigns, on time.
Follow best practices: we’re never content with the status quo. You’ll be hands-on with the rest of the team, relentlessly innovating to ensure our emails get into inboxes and conversion metrics are established and monitored. You will be a self-starter and drive the brand vision and best practices across the DTC & B2B business.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management -
- Ensure our Shopify Catalog is up to date. Create and Draft products as necessary.
- Monitor apps/act as point person for all troubleshooting and functionality issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date assets on all banners/copy throughout the site, adhering to the go-to-market calendar.
Email marketing:
- Create and execute email & SMS campaigns in conjunction with the company’s goals, marketing strategies, and objectives.
- Manage and build all customer communication as it relates to email marketing (pre-purchase, cart abandonment, order confirmation, post-purchase follow-up, etc.)
- A/B test subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize campaign performance, Utilizing best practices for all customer communication.
- Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues (e.g., spam complaints, and bounce rates).
- Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Track and analyze email campaign metrics, including, but not limited to open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Build and manage email marketing calendar, preparing all assets and copy with appropriate team members.
- Closely monitor weekly campaign data analytics and build and maintain email marketing KPIs. Use data and analytics to increase marketing efficiency and performance by optimizing processes and offering actionable insights derived from campaign, contact, and market data.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our email marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive.
- Monitor and optimize the user experience across the company’s e-commerce platform, growing visitors, and growing newsletter database.
- Research and write exceptional copy for campaigns.
- Own implementation and strategy of customer loyalty program.
- Be the ongoing expert in performance marketing including technology, tools and strategies for new, emerging opportunities in the world of digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy development.
Brand Marketing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure written content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and all project objectives.
- Build and manage go-to-market calendar, build strategies in relation to e-commerce launches, monitoring team action items.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and increase.
- Write, proofread, and edit all marketing materials, publications, emails, websites, ads, and social content for both e-commerce and B2B.
- Collaborate with the team to identify best marketing practices to be shared and adopted widely across the company.
- Build branding decks to be used as marketing tools by external team members.
- Ensure assets and applications related to marketing and marketing tracking are integrated, giving us a full view of our customer journey, including multi-touch attribution.
- Utilize skills in graphic design to create visual assets for email campaigns, infographics, ads, lookbooks, web content, and other visual content to complement and enhance our customer journey and brand image.
- Edit and Upload all necessary imagery/assets to Dropbox and Apparel Magic.
- Work with the team to identify key strategies concerning company initiatives in marketing and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate of 4yr University/College
- Minimum of 2 years working for a brand in a Brand Marketing role.
- Superior project management skills.
- Team player with a “yes and” attitude.
- Must be a self-starter who can roll up their sleeves to get things done.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and list segmentation. Proficiency with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Ability to take and provide constructive feedback to iterate and improve the quality of work.
- Knowledge of email marketing laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Adobe/Photoshop
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ecomm and/or B2B brand.
- Experience in resortwear and women’s fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field ideal.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Certifications in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with monday.com
