Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and calendar daily
- Manage newsletter
- Track client down with deadlines and focused work time
- Pull articles, reports, etc.
- Upload, format, and insert emails and send
- Manage client relations (corporate gifting, cards, send gifts, etc.)
- Assist with Quickbooks and Excel
- Assist with podcast
- Gather receipts in Quickbooks
- Assist with social media when needed
- Assist with getting on sales calls
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
- Experience with finance world or marketing / sales (a plus)
- Eager to jump in and do tasks
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 5-10 hours per week
- Must be on EST, CST, or MST
