We are looking for a highly qualified Marketing Manager to run Multifamily Mason’s marketing across all channels including best in class deal-based and presence-building marketing. We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, understands commercial real estate, has experience in service-based marketing, can manage multiple marketing channels and teams, and has a keen eye for design.
As the Marketing Manager you will execute monthly and quarterly content calendars, direct internal, external, and vendor teams, exponentially growing our presence in the market. You will juggle multiple complex projects and stakeholders, deliver results through quality and consistency, and prove the ROI of new initiatives, channels, and projects.
Marketing Manager tasks will include:
- Audience Growth - Grow our overall audience across platforms (especially email and social) at exponential rates through consistent content, engagement, concerted growth-based campaigns, and grassroots efforts.
- Distribution - Generate content from across the business (meetings, articles, emails, team interviews) and share it across platforms with engaging, high-quality design, and compelling storytelling that drives audience engagement and growth.
- Deal-Based - Coordinate, create, and distribute all materials required to launch a new deal to the market including comprehensive property-offering packages, property-specific graphics, photography, and websites, and deal announcements.
- Presence 1.0 - Execute the current Multifamily Mason content calendar including our Invest InlandNW newsletter, social media, grassroots presence-building, and website management.
- Presence 2.0 - Take our marketing to the next level including welcome campaigns, email workflows, PR, social media content optimization, SEO optimization, website updates including new landing pages, paid ad spend, and lead/engagement scoring.
- Team Management - Manage internal, external, and vendor team members. Internal operations and sales to create content and exceed client expectations. External such as graphic designers, web developers, and other specialists. Vendors including our marketing tech stack acquiring upgrades as needed.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role will demonstrate:
- Experience in promoting and advertising services (vs. products).
- Proficiency in commercial real estate with direct experience in the field.
- A deep understanding of what it takes to build presence and trust with prospective clients and the ability to prove the ROI and growth driven by each presence-building initiative.
- Manager-level experience in executing key tasks in prior roles requiring very little direction and oversight.
- Ability to juggle competing responsibilities and timelines while delivering on objectives.
- An eye for design and an ability to communicate the property and brokerage value proposition clearly in visual and written forms.
