Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Manage lead pipeline on Hubspot, coordinating closely with our founder and coaches to understand and track leads and follow-ups and ensure our CRM stays up to date;
2. Develop, implement and oversee Sales Navigator campaigns in LinkedIn
3. Collaborate with founder and COO to develop a content strategy across channels and platforms
4. Translate strategy into a content calendar & update and publish the calendar to the executive team on a monthly basis
5. Implement and manage content strategy across channels and platform (incl. newsletter, company page on LinkedIn, website blog, instagram, etc.).
6. Create original content appropriate for different platform and channels
7. Develop and execute marketing campaigns under the direction of the COO
8. Provide weekly reporting on lead generation, pipeline status and conversions.
Expected qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to manage up and align expectations, plus a minimum of 5 years of full-time content creation, email and social media marketing experience. Your compensation will be structured competitively to include fixed compensation as well as incentive compensation based on conversion results.
