Overall:
The Senior Analyst of Compliance Awareness will perform various activities in support of the Regional Compliance Program for our client. This role reports to the Regional Head of Compliance for the Americas and Europe, and focuses on Compliance Training, Policy Writing and Compliance Communications.
What you will be doing:
- Developing Compliance Policies and SOPs
- Assisting with or Conducting Compliance Training
- Assisting with the management of review cycles for Global Compliance Policies and SOPs
- Developing annual Compliance Training Plans
- Developing and issuing training content
- Managing Compliance Training Tracking across both regions
- Managing the Regional Compliance Intranet site
- Integrating Best Practices for Training modalities and methodologies
- Developing and maintaining Regional Compliance website
- Developing and issuing Monthly Compliance Newsletter
- Implementing the Compliance branding and awareness strategy
- Developing and implementing a Compliance Communication strategy
- Identifying Best Practices literature and resources for Team review
- Developing digests for regional and global Teams
- Developing and distributing Compliance Communications collateral
- Developing Compliance Communication KPIs
- Managing Compliance Communications plans and strategic initiatives
- Working closely with Corporate Communications on
- Managing Quarterly Meetings with Key Stakeholders
- Preparing presentations and reports on Communication goals and activities
- Assisting with other reports and presentations as needed
- Acting as Compliance Business Liaison to the Corporate Social Responsibility Team
- Perform Policy gap analysis and global Policy Alignment Assessment
- Perform other administrative activities for the Team as required
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare, consulting firms, or training and communications or a combination thereof. (Graduate degree attainment may be considered as the equivalent of one (1) year of experience).
- Compliance Training, Policy Writing and Compliance Communications.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Must have cross cultural competencies.

On-Site Requirements & Travel:
- This is a hybrid role requiring four (4) days in the office.
- The role may require travel up to fifteen (15 %) of the time
