Position Description:
As the Marketing Coordinator for AWC, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our Marketing and Business Development departments. Key responsibilities will include:
Creative:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator) to create and update marketing materials including graphics, collateral, proposals, and ads.
- Update and produce A305s, resumes, and project sheets.
- Create and edit vignettes of videos, including third-party drone footage.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to update and create presentations and testimonials.
- Generate social media content for AWC’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Photograph events, projects, and people.
- Generate and fulfill internal requests for project signage.
- Support branding efforts as directed by Marketing Manager.
Administrative:
- Provide Cosential CRM support.
- Assist with daily data input, information extraction, project lists, etc.
- Download and file photos and drone footage.
- Print and bind project proposals.
- Schedule new hire photo sessions.
- Order business cards.
- Gather newsletter information from employees.
- Monitor inventory of Marketing office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate food and materials for Marketing and Business Development events, including groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and holiday events.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development departments as directed by Marketing Manager.
Position requirements:
- Candidates should have a four (4) year degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Some experience (including internships) in marketing or content creation preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office. Experience using WordPress is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram).
- Some experience with Videography and Photography preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, clients, co-workers and management team.
