Why does this role exist?
This role supports new business development at Bindery.
We are looking for someone who is energized by understanding who we are and what we create, and by helping us reach the clients we can serve best.
Candidate & responsibilities:
This person has at least 4 years of work experience with 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, and is excited to conceive, drive, execute and support on sales & marketing activities that will help us:
- Drive new-business inquires
- Stay top-of mind for our current and past clients
- Inspire referrals
- Support bids and pitches
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating & sending Bindery’s weekly newsletter, in our voice
- Planning & executing small & medium-sized events to bring our clients and community together around shared ideas
- Creating & maintaining a brand social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
- Scanning social media for relevant conversations to join or amplify
- Running email campaigns from our leadership’s inbox, to stay top-of-mind with our list of clients and contacts
- Ensuring new content like case studies and reels are discoverable and accessible, e.g. on our website and in collateral templates
Our dream candidate will also:
- Draft and contribute to collateral and presentation materials for sales meetings; be an internal expert on our existing collateral & configure it in beautiful and relevant ways for client presentations
- Think strategically about our best customers, where they are, and how we should start conversations with them
- Conceive of and execute new campaigns or tactics we can use to reach our ideal buyers

Expected compensation:
$65-$85k
