The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing NAS’s social media presence, the HubSpot CRM, executing an email newsletter strategy, and general digital marketing responsibilities to support the growth of the Marketing Department’s inbound strategy, which supports the sales team’s goals as outlined by the Director of Sales. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain existing marketing efforts and identify and develop new inbound marketing strategies. This role requires the ability to create, maintain, and refine your own workflow to support marketing and sales efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Conduct research, curate content, execute strategy, and provide analysis for all multi-channel marketing platforms, as well as providing insight into overall marketing strategies.
· Create, curate, schedule, and post content across all social media (SM) channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive traffic to the website and generate inbound leads. Content includes graphics, testimonials, short-form videos, articles, employee features, etc.
· Interact and engage with audience on all SM platforms as appropriate, including responding to direct messages on SM platforms.
· Optimize content, SM profiles, and overall SM strategy to grow social media reach and engagement. This includes staying updated on algorithm shifts and adjusting strategy accordingly.
· Track, analyze, and report on SM performance across all platforms. This also includes measuring, analyzing, and reporting on targeted SM campaigns.
· With Marketing Manager, implement an email newsletter strategy to generate inbound leads. Track, analyze, and report on the email newsletter.
· Create and curate content for monthly newsletter to connect with website subscribers.
· Maintain the HubSpot CRM, including quarterly updates/cleanings of contact list.
· Work with Director of Sales to support Sales team in implementing the CRM into daily workflow to improve performance, maintenance, and control of prospects and leads.
· Create and maintain a lead nurture program and accompanying content that aligns the CRM with content to support the Sales team in prospecting and to identify opportunities to refine sales strategy.
· Marketing-qualify website contact form submissions.
· Track, analyze, and report on inbound leads and contact for submissions.
· Ensure social media and email strategies align with overall marketing strategy.
· At in-person events, build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and handing communication off to Sales Team when appropriate.
· At in-person events, capture content for use on social media.
· Other marketing-related tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A track record of increasing platform activity through marketing efforts.
· Mastered the fundamentals of market research and passionate about implementing these.
· Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint)
· Experience with photo and graphics editing software, such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
· Knowledge of SMMS.
· Experience with WordPress preferred.
· Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
· Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AdWords preferred.
· Experience with HubSpot or other CMS Software preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or an applicable field of study.
· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
