Hit Play is an experiential agency full of passionate brand advocates. We founded Hit Play as a sister company to industry veterans Benchmark Productions, to add the power of a full-service creative agency to Benchmark's seasoned audio, visual and technical production services.
We are expert at general session design and production, innovative trade show builds, unique lounges and experiential pop-ups, and we approach all of our work through an unrivaled technical lens. Job Description
This role will support the marketing and growth needs of both the agency and our client projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as ability to stay organized and focused through, at times, tedious tasks. They will primarily work behind the scenes, but may have some client-facing responsibilities depending on the project. We are a relatively small agency and appreciate team members that approach their work with efficiency, precision and a good nature.
Job Responsibilities
- Email and newsletter copywriting, editing and sending
- Social media management, including planning, copywriting, posting, event creation, community management and post campaign reporting
- Client project growth strategy support, primarily through online research projects
- Business development support, including RFPs, tailoring capabilities decks, outreach and scheduling
Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-4 years of experience required
- Experience with community management on multiple social platforms required
- Experience with paid social campaigns and digital media is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms, e.g. Constant Contact, SplashThat, is a plus
- Excellent computer skills with Google applications, Keynote, Canva and social media sites
- Attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Compensation
- $80k annually, paid either monthly or bi-monthly
- Hit Play follows a business model of hiring independent contractors, so please be prepared accordingly in working with us.
- We offer a generous amount of paid holiday time off, along with an open vacation policy (pending approval by your manager).
