JOB TITLE: CRM Manager, Analytics & Email Marketing
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, CRM
Job Purpose
The CRM Manager is responsible for executing client reporting and analytics to drive sales. The manager will analyze Dior’s clienteling programs and oversee local e-newsletters. The individual will partner with Central CRM, Central Data, IT, Events, Client Development, Training, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams.
Tasks And Responsibilities
KPIs, REPORTS & ANALYSIS:
- Manage and execute client reports and analysis for retail and ecommerce
- Create dashboards for corporate and boutique teams
- Audit and optimize client reports to align with retail/business needs
- Partner with Business Performance to develop client goals and projections
- Partner with Central Data and local teams to conduct client studies, develop action plans, and create timeline to achieve set actions
- Create monthly campaign lists that support business needs
- Conduct and provide ad-hoc analysis and lists
Application, Database, Tools
- Partner with Central CRM and local IT teams to lead pilot programs, conduct product evolution assessment, and outline change management process for client systems and applications
- Manage CRM database by conducting checks to ensure optimal data hygiene
- Gather and organize future development needs and proactively communicate and follow-up with Central team
- Train internal teams on client data tools
Profile
E-newsletters
- Manage e-newsletter roadmap and planning calendar in partnership with Central, Ecommerce, and agency
- Partner with Performance Marketing and Ecommerce teams to analyze performances and outline planning to drive sales
- Proactively identify ways to optimize e-newsletter performance and help troubleshoot
- Develop and implement actions to improve process
- Lead quarterly roadmap and planning workshops
- Prioritize needs and direct agency

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position in CRM/Data
- Experience working with multiple database and large sets of data
- Experience presenting in large groups and developing presentation materials
- Knowledge of current best practices in the industry
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Adobe, Google Analytics
- Experience is luxury retail a plus
Additional information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000- $120,000 per annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
