The Mission
Own every pixel, photo, and word attached to your listings. You’re the one‑person creative engine who can walk a property, script the story, direct the shoot, push the post live, and measure the clicks, all before lunch.
What You’ll Tackle
Creative & Marketing
• Craft listing copy, social captions, email blasts, and in‑unit flyers that sell the lifestyle as much as the square footage.
• Direct photographers, videographers, and virtual‑tour vendors; step behind the lens yourself when timing demands.
• Design quick‑turn collateral (IG reels, TikToks, brochures) in Adobe or Canva; maintain an on‑brand media library.
• Spin up paid boosts or organic campaigns to spotlight new releases or price shifts; monitor performance in real time.
Listing Logistics
• Keep every detail—price, availability, amenities—flawless across Streeteasy, Zillow, Mirador.com, and internal dashboards.
• Schedule shoots, floor‑plan updates, signage installs, and open‑house collateral—then chase down every deliverable.
• Track lead flow and occupancy for your buildings, flagging marketing tweaks that keep velocity high.
• Serve as the point of contact for owners and agents—aligning expectations, timelines, and brand standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Real Estate (or the resume that proves you didn’t need one).
- 2 + years in listing coordination, property marketing, or creative production, NYC real‑estate experience is gold.
- Fluent in CRMs, ILS platforms, Adobe/Canva, and basic photo‑editing.
- Confident communicator with owners, agents, vendors, and teammates.
