We are looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Intern to join our team at our Tribeca headquarters. The goal for the internship is to gain a deeper understanding of the wholesale and retail business as well as gaining experience in account management support, visual merchandising for showrooms, and assisting with sales presentations. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate pursuing a degree in Fashion Business Management or Advertising and Marketing Communications who is looking to enter the fashion industry. The Wholesale Intern will work closely with the Wholesale Manager. This will include an introduction to our systems and processes, along with supporting the sales and operational functions. Candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit for this internship.
Responsibilities:
● Support daily wholesale operations, including inventory, orders, client communication, market preparation, and showroom upkeep.
● Assist with account meetings, linesheet creation, and sales activities alongside the Wholesale Manager.
● Collaborate on the fulfillment and shipping of online orders with the Wholesale/Dropship team.
Qualifications:
● Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
● Retail experience is a plus.
● Available to work in-person 4-5 days weekly at our NYC studio.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
● A proactive learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
