About The Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Commercial team as a Business Analyst. Our Business analyst will assist the Executive Office in addressing guests and employee inquiries, while also performing various tasks for the Commercial division of the hotel
.
Essential Functions
What you will do
Executive Liaison (70%) Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate Elite guests related guests stays, which includes pre-arrival, room allocation, meet and greet upon arrival, and touch base with them through their stay
- Coordinate and take ownership of all corporate, ownership requests and bookings.
- Find solutions to the inevitable challenges and glitches that arise while Elite/VIP guests are on property and keep Director of Guest Relations and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.
- Works with the departmental managers to put processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees.
- Look for new/innovative ways to provide anticipatory service.
- Coordinate among all departments for seamless execution of service.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer comments received via the various platforms such as the electronic questionnaire system and social networks, etc.
- Organization of amenity cards for Elite guests
- Facilitate recognition of employees based on guest feedback for the General Manager
- Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of certain guest and employee relations events.
- Support the management of the General Manager.
- Perform administrative skills such as e-mailing, typing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
- Assist in reviewing guest reservations requests and correspondence via Executive Office, using property management system and revenue management principles and reports to make rate and availability decisions
- Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and Hotel Manager and inform them of action taken and follow up required.
- In addition, the Executive Liaison provides a variety of reports and maintains multiple informational databases
Dephi Key Operator Responsibilities (30%)
- Run all required weekly/monthly reports (including, but not limited to: Catering and Group Pace, Activity reports, etc).
- Reconcile daily group pick up and Opera in GS&C.
- Run all month end reports associated production by manager and Month End Packet and complete the month end spreadsheet.
Non-essential Functions
- Complete all payroll records for proper signature.
- Maintain stationery supplies for Executive Office.
- Assist with Glitch follow up to guests on behalf of Executive Office.
- Answer multi-line telephone system and provide timely and thorough assistance.
- Take pride in dealing with guests and handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with several departments
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Expertise in Reading, Writing English
- Proven track record in Data Analysis and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to solve problems with little supervision
- Ability to read and speak Spanish is preferred
- Experience in the Hotel Industry, particularly Luxury brands, preferred
- Work Authorization to work in the United States

Schedule & Hours
- This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
