About the Team
TikTok's Publisher Growth & Development team is responsible for accelerating the activeness of publishers and media companies by deepening the education, enrichment and value creation for their businesses. They will evaluate our partner business models and build solutions that fully leverage the TikTok value proposition, based on the core product experience.

About the Role
The Publisher Solutions team is responsible for developing frameworks that define and map the publisher needs, touch points and value exchange with TikTok across all verticals and organisation types. The team will utilise Publisher and market feedback, gap & competitive analyses and behavioural data insights to develop tailored solutions and supporting narratives for all Publisher types.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, articulate, and execute on solutions for Publishers which result in "full activation" of TikTok's priority offerings.
- Identify publisher "wishlist" based on direct partner feedback, account trends, industry updates, ecosystem research, and more. Ensure these needs contemplate the realities of publishers across verticals, business types, and regions.
- Partner with Product research and Marketing Science teams to develop research frameworks that help interpret publisher performance on TikTok, and use the results to help publishers optimize their activity.
- Serve as publisher advocate when working with internal XFN teams (Product, TnS, GBS, etc.) in order to achieve buy-in on solutions and advance projects from start to finish.
- Effectively diagnose pain points in the Publisher adoption funnel and strive to close these gaps by partnering with the proper XFN team.
- Develop measurement frameworks to accurately evaluate the success of solutions developed for publishers.
- Partner with Content Data & Analytics team to ensure Publisher needs and behavior are accurately reflected in strategic goals, key metrics, and OKR methodologies (i.e., partner management framework).
- Leverage third-party research tools and methodologies to analyze the external ecosystem and uncover key industry trends

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years working experience in content strategy, education and/or partner management, focused on the publisher and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries.
- Deep understanding of Publisher needs, content strategies, best practices and product adaption cases on TikTok and the wider social media/influencer industry and platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a global team, with understanding of different business cultures and how to work with multiple stakeholders from different regions of the world.
- Deep understanding of key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities.
- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership.
- MS/MA/MBA considered a plus

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $145000 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
