Manager, Change Management Communications
Overview
Hilton's global Tech Program Management team is seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join their team as a communications manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management, this individual will support the Change Management team focused on a high-profile organizational priority. This role will primarily manage, create, and execute programmatic communications to fulfill plans for one of Hiltons key strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Create communication deliverables as required to fulfill plans for one of Hiltons key strategic priorities, inclusive of the following change management responsibilities:
Collaborate with project team and business stakeholders to ensure that messages are clear and in line with business process, standards, and Hilton mission and values
Create and execute communication strategies that align with change management plans, identifying key audiences, crafting messages, and selecting appropriate channels.
Write newsletter content for quarterly program newsletters
Follow communication review processes to ensure information is accurate
Track the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes
Maintain the programs internal intranet site
Manage communications calendar to maintain streamlined communication delivery and oversee timing based on communication best practices
Facilitate a cross-functional working group of business leaders to define communication topics shared across platforms
Function as first level content reviewer when applicable
Qualifications and distinctions:
Five (5) + years of professional experience in Communications, Change Management, Marketing or related field
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, with an ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner, and to engage audiences when presenting these issues broadly
Self-motivated enabling you to take initiative in identifying, prioritizing and implementing tasks with a personal dedication to succeed
Familiarity with basic HTML for website communication purposes preferred
Familiarity working in an Agile software development cycle
Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and tools
