Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

About The Role
We’re looking for a marketing-first, account-savvy Swiss Army knife to join us as a Marketing & Account Coordinator.
This person is a strategic generalist—not overly specialized in one channel or format, but with a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals across the board. They're comfortable context-switching from writing a landing page headline to managing a project timeline.
You're highly organized, people-savvy, and creatively inclined. You’re a project wrangler, a relationship builder, and a get-it-done operator who loves collaborating with creatives and clients alike.
In short: You’re a marketer at heart, a coordinator by nature, and thrive in a fast-paced, idea-rich environment.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Execution
- Jump into marketing tasks—copywriting, content creation, light design, strategy input, campaign planning, social posts, etc.
- Write clear, brand-aligned content—emails, ads, captions, landing pages, and more.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to bring strong marketing ideas to life.
- Build out content calendars, contribute to marketing strategies, and support performance-driven creative work.
- Help maintain and grow Creature’s own social media presence and newsletter.
- Build beautiful, strategic presentations with strong storytelling flow and design sense.
- Execute digital campaigns across channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Update and maintain websites (in Webflow, Wordpress, Shopify).
- Create scalable templates and content systems..
Account Coordination
- Serve as a key client liaison under the Account Manager, helping to build trusted relationships and keep communication flowing.
- Track and manage the day-to-day pipeline of projects across a range of client accounts.
- Delegate and coordinate work across internal teams, monitoring progress and capacity.
- Step in and execute marketing tasks when your skillset aligns—this is a hands-on role.
- Write clear briefs, surface potential blockers early, and keep things moving smoothly.
- Ensure deliverables hit the mark on timing, quality, and brand alignment.
- Help with staffing, resourcing, and forecasting project needs.
- Maintain organized documentation and comms across tools and teams.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing with a broad, adaptable skill set—agency or in-house is great.
- You bring a positive energy that uplifts both our clients and our team—you genuinely love the work and it shows.
- Excellent communicator with sharp writing skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Strong project management abilities with a knack for staying organized and proactive.
- A marketer’s mindset—you understand how to drive engagement, conversion, and brand love.
- Comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and coordination roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, GSuite, and presentation tools.
- You love creative work and thrive in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
- You’re curious, versatile, and love figuring things out—even when it’s something new.
- Willingness and ability to travel quarterly for in-person team sessions, client meetings, or industry events.
