True Rx Health Strategists is hiring a Growth Marketing Intern!

We are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to assist with executing key marketing strategies with a focus on data analysis, project management, and campaign performance tracking. This role will contribute to case study development, client engagement, lead tracking, conference planning, social media analytics, SEO optimization, and launching an email series. The intern will gain hands-on experience in analyzing marketing data, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Principal Roles And Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze client and campaign data to generate insights and inform marketing strategy.
• Social Media Management: Design, schedule, and report on social media performance to enhance engagement and content impact.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the planning and execution of client-facing campaigns, tracking progress and performance against key milestones.
• Newsletter Development: Assist in the creation of an internal growth marketing newsletter featuring client-facing information, data-driven insights, and industry trends.
• Lead Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor and report on lead tracking and follow-up processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conference Planning & Coordination: Coordinate logistics and prepare marketing materials for conferences; support post-event performance analysis.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and contribute to SEO strategy and content optimization.
• Project Coordination & Reporting: Assist with data visualization, project coordination, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Additional Support: Support the marketing team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  
  

Minimum Requirements (Experience + Education):

• Education: Some college coursework required; previous internship experience preferred.
  
  

Experience/Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media insights preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and social media analytics.
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in learning new tools and technologies.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
