What We Need:
Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join The Candidly’s small but mighty team. If you love the internet, are deeply organized, know how to make data sing, and want to help build a brand that’s providing solutions for women in a very candid way, we want to meet you.
This is a unique opportunity for a thoughtful and proactive marketer to contribute to a values-driven, creator-led media company that thrives on smart strategies, original content, and community. You'll work closely with our Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor to implement key marketing tactics that drive engagement, retention, and growth across channels.
What You'll Do:
· Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor to execute marketing strategies across web, social, email, and affiliate
· Present monthly analytics reports across social, website, and newsletter—highlighting what’s working and where we can improve
· Work with the team to strategize on our social media channels and post daily on these channels, which requires a deep level of manual details
· Implement and help evolve our newsletter marketing strategy (we use Flodesk)
· Assist with community management on Instagram and other platforms
· Regularly swap affiliate links in our CMS (WordPress) to optimize revenue
· Execute and support paid media: paid social, email lead gen, affiliate, and SEO
· Work with the editorial team to test creative, run A/B experiments, and contribute ideas that align with both our content and growth goals
· Oversee and manage Pinterest as a discovery and traffic channel
· Support communication flow with brands
· Stay on top of digital trends, wellness media, and the platforms we play on
What You Bring:
· 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in editorial, media, or brand content
· Experience with Instagram, Pinterest, Flodesk, and basic affiliate platforms (Skimlinks, Amazon Associates, ShopMy etc.)
· Strong data chops, you know how to analyze performance and turn insights into action
· Familiarity with SquareSpace or other CMS platforms
· Organized, proactive, detail oriented and collaborative, you're not afraid to take initiative
· Strong communicator who can toggle between strategy and execution
· Experience in (or passion for) the wellness, lifestyle, or natural product space is a plus.

· Salary $80,000 a year
