Cory is hiring a Community Development Planner to lead the creation of sustainable communities in the Eastern region. The designer will focus on innovative, functional, and ecologically responsible outdoor environments, ultimately aiming to improve quality of life and foster positive change.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading residential architectural design firm specializing in planning, landscape architecture, estimating, and cost consulting services. They also offer design services for light commercial, institutional, retirement, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Design landscapes for residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct environmental, zoning, land-use assessments, illustrative plans, renderings, and presentations.
• Take part in design meetings, client meetings, and public engagement processes.
• Help develop project scopes and budgets and prepare site feasibility studies and reports.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 3+ years of experience in community design, land planning, or landscape architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning.
• A Landscape Architect License is highly preferred.
• Extensive AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other land planning software experience.
• Environmental, zoning, and land development regulations.
