ChatGPTree is a playful, purpose-driven project turning everyday AI use into real-world climate action. For just $11/month, we plant one tree per user per month to offset the environmental impact of AI usage—and give people a simple, tangible way to feel good about the future.

We believe that AI shouldn’t just be smart—it should be responsible. So we’re on a mission to build a community of conscious creatives, knowledge workers, and everyday AI users who want their digital footprint to plant roots in the real world. Literally.

Now we’re ready to grow—and we’re looking for a founding team member to lead the charge.

As Head of Growth / Community & Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and energizing the ChatGPTree movement. From launching creative campaigns and forging climate collabs to nurturing early users and turning them into evangelists, this role is both strategic and scrappy.

You’ll work directly with the founder to build our brand, grow our user base, and shape the future of ChatGPTree.

Growth & Marketing

• Build and execute a clear growth strategy to reach our first 1,000+ paid subscribers
• Design and launch creative campaigns around key moments (Earth Day, AI Day, Climate Week, etc.)
• Optimize the website, funnels, and referral programs for conversion
• Manage newsletters, blog content, and brand voice in public channels

Community & Partnerships

• Identify and engage early adopters in the climate, AI, and creative communities
• Launch and grow a digital community (Discord, newsletter, or low-lift alternative)
• Create collabs with eco-brands, AI creators, tree-planting orgs, and mission-aligned influencers
• Plan and host occasional virtual or in-person activations (tree-planting walks, digital salons, etc.)

Brand & Voice

• Be a champion of the ChatGPTree tone: playful, sincere, smart
• Help shape the brand’s presence across channels—from memes to mission decks
• Collaborate on landing pages, social assets, and storytelling with the founder and design team

• Have 3–7+ years in growth, community, brand partnerships, or digital marketing
• Have grown a newsletter, audience, or DTC brand from 0 to 1 (or 1 to 10)
• Know how to make things go viral—ethically, weirdly, and with love
• Care deeply about climate, creativity, or conscious tech
• Are an amazing communicator and can write with clarity and personality
• Are scrappy, experimental, and energized by early-stage startup life
• Bonus: Background working with mission-aligned orgs, climate startups, or consumer SaaS

• Be a founding team member of something joyful, urgent, and impactful
• Help define the future of ethical AI and climate-positive tech
• Flexible structure: part-time or full-time, with options to earn equity or rev share
