What You’ll Do:
As the Communications & Marketing Manager, you’ll lead multi-channel communication and marketing efforts to strengthen our connection with the communities we serve, customers, stakeholders, partner agencies, employees, and media. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing compelling internal and external communication strategies
- Managing media relations and drafting news releases
- Creating and executing effective social media campaigns to promote Andwell’s mission
- Designing engaging print and digital materials, including brochures, advertisements, and announcements
- Overseeing website content updates, SEO optimization, and managing PPC campaigns
- Coordinating community education seminars, workshops, and public events
- Managing internal communications, including the weekly staff newsletter and internal social channels
- Working within branding parameters to maintain consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to enhance Andwell’s marketing reach
What You'll Bring:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in communications and marketing, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with agency collaboration and vendor management is highly desirable
- Skills & Qualities:
- Strong social media management experience and knowledge of best practices
- Driven, goal-oriented, and curious, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Solution-forward thinker with the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with video editing and web content management (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events
