· Manages daily bookkeeping, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.

· Processes accounts payable, tracks due dates, initiates payments, and maintains vendor records.

· Tracks accounts receivable, monitors aging reports, and collects of overdue balances.

· Processes employee expense reports and reimbursement requests.

· Reconciles bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements on a regular basis.

· Supports payroll execution with external payroll provider.

· Maintains orderly financial records in systems such as QuickBooks and Paychex.

· Collaborates with Exec team on financial reporting and monthly close processes.

· Implements and maintains internal controls under the guidance of the Exec Team.

· Provides timely updates and flags discrepancies to the Exec Team to ensure proactive financial management.

· Supports operational improvements to financial processes and tools across the organization.

· Assists with the completion and execution of existing of legal documents, including client engagement letters, job offers, non-disclosure agreements -under the direction of the managing partner – basically inputting information into existing format.

· Lead new employee onboarding operations process including cell phone, laptop, and other technology needs.

· Document human resources issues and updates handbook and policies as needed.

· Maintain all passwords and subscriptions, monitoring that passwords are updated and shared and that employees are taking advantage of subscriptions.

· Manages data on new clients, current clients, and outgoing clients to ensure the right contacts are in databases for billing, contracts, newsletter, and other contact from A10 Associates.

· Track and manage political and nonprofit donations for reporting purposes.

· Manage leases, contracts, and other agreements with outside vendors who support the company.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 years of related experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must be experienced with Quickbooks and Paychex programs
  • GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skillsi
