The Change Management Manager oversees and drives change management initiatives within our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing change requests and orders, leading teams, and ensuring seamless client interactions. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. The Change Management Manager, plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our EPC projects and driving continuous improvement within the Project Controls organization.


Explore your tasks and responsibilities


Team management

  • Provide onboarding and trend management training for new team members
  • Provide back up resources for team members
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Resolve issues and difficulties in team


Change request/order management

  • Provide oversight/reviews of CRPs and CORs as well as providing assistance/issuing CRPs and CORs as needed
  • Issue Docusign reports daily and weekly and provide administration of Docusign


Client Management

  • Lead/supervise Internal and external trend meetings
  • Lead Change Management meetings
  • Insure action plans and oversight for Client CCDs, Claims and letters
  • Provide timely response to requests and issues as needed


Training documentation management

  • Build and maintain WIKI to include procedures and resources for all trend activities
  • Build/maintain procedural level trend management instructions
  • Lead Trend Program Onboarding for new employees
  • Provide Docusign training and training documentation


Communication

  • Provide narrative for Cost reports
  • Provide monthly Trend management updates/newsletter/accomplishments
  • Provide regular and adhoc communications to PMTs, SMTs and other orgs
  • Provide clear strategic and tactical communication and direction to Trend team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Change Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a change management role within an EPC environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of change request/order management processes and Docusign administration.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining procedural documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide strategic and tactical guidance
