About The Role
As Synamedia continues to pursue the growth of our Media Cloud Services product line and enter new markets we require a Field Marketing Manager with a focus on building and executing multi-channel Marketing plans that generate awareness, interest and sales opportunities across our target markets, with a special focus on our broadband device and service orchestration platform, Synamedia Gravity. As part of a dynamic marketing team, this role will be instrumental in managing and orchestrating our campaigns with internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve working alongside Product Marketing to take ownership of the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns for multiple SaaS products. We are looking for an experienced marketeer with a “can do” and “own it” attitude who enjoys the challenge of building and growing businesses and contributing to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to co-ordinate the creation and execution of strategic multi-channel marketing plans that support the product’s business objectives.
- Help shape the themes and build compelling messaging for each product, defining asset plans and types to be used, and identifying what content formats perform well for different campaigns and activities.
- Manage the delivery and roll-out of content for product awareness and lead generation campaigns, owning the planning and management of content activity and coordinating with other team members and groups.
- Support for Account Based Marketing (ABM) activity, identifying appropriate content and assets, building customer journeys and defining CRM activity.
- Work with the Events team to establish and execute data gathering plans for virtual, hybrid and physical events, delivering on pre- and post-events communications journeys.
- Work with the Events team to support the execution of US-based events.
- Provide in-flight and end of campaign reporting, measuring against pre-defined KPIs and adjusting activity to meet them.
- Budget preparation, estimating costs and resources required for content and campaign fulfilment.
Skills Required - 5+ years’ experience in a B2B Marketing Manager or Marketing Coordinator role in the software industry, ideally media technology software.
- Experienced in campaign management, including agency management, and use of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding, in and outbound marketing strategies.
- Experience in finding and reaching target audiences.
- The ability to turn complex ideas into clear and creative marketing programs.
- Creativity, the drive to take initiative and be proactive.
- A passionate collaborator and a diplomatic negotiator.
- The ability to understand complex technical contexts and help translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Project leadership (“own it”) and problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills:
- Ability to work with design tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma; digital design tools, including social media graphics and web layouts (Canva, newsletter building tools); motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to master standard project management and reporting tools (e.g. Office 365, D365, Monday.com etc.).
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Experience with webinar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to rapidly prioritize, be nimble and react to changing dynamics.
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language skills would be a bonus.
- Some occasional overseas travel.
