Our Client is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Content Manager to elevate their content strategy and drive growth across all platforms. This role is pivotal in managing podcast content, optimizing social media engagement, and contributing to revenue growth through creative content initiatives.

This role includes:

• Write engaging podcast midrolls and intros
• Conduct first-pass edits on podcast transcripts (content-focused)
• Oversee quality control of video podcast edits
• Publish podcast episodes on Spotify, Megaphone, and YouTube, including metadata management and midroll placement
• Upload YouTube Shorts (podcast clips)
• Curate social media clips from podcasts for editing
• Ideate and develop organic content based on podcast episodes
• Craft compelling headlines and podcast titles
• Research and suggest potential podcast guests
• Manage podcast promo swaps, including pitching, writing, and scheduling
• Drive growth initiatives and execute strategies for audience expansion
• Monitor data, track performance, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Lead monetization efforts across the podcast and newsletter platforms

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management, preferably in podcasting or digital media
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
