The successful Resident Experience Coordinator is responsible to support the Resident Experience Manager creating and maintaining a flawless living experience for our residents through executing customized services and programs that deliver a one-of-a-kind, high touch service, wellness, social and fitness experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently delivers and maintains an exceptional resident and guest experience.
As the frontline ambassador of high-touch service and prompt communication to our residents, successfully supports day-to-day resident matters and resolution through team collaboration.
In collaboration with the Resident Experience Manager and Property Managers, handles, escalates and resolves incoming resident inquiries, and follows through on all resident service matters.
Supports the leasing and operations teams to deliver a flawless move-in experience.
Supports Property Managers, Concierge and maintenance teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience and to ensure all resident requests are completed on a timely manner.
Monitors, communicates, and contributes to the calendar of events
Supports and is present at all resident events – digital or in-person as needed/permitted
In collaboration with the Resident Experience Manager, builds content and supports monthly newsletter through vendor collaboration and internal partnerships.
Works with outside vendors and creates community partnerships to provide residents with exclusive offers and experiences.
In collaborations with the Concierge and maintenance teams, takes personal pride and ensures cleanliness standards are met in all areas.
Supports and communicates with other departments as necessary and maintains excellent working relationships with all property teams and corporate office.
Using creativity and initiative, identify opportunities daily to surprise and delight our residents.

Position Requirements
College degree - required
A minimum of 1-3years of hospitality, residential or retail experience.
Sharp eye for detail and a relentless pursuit for excellence
Strong multi-tasking skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, mailchimp, constant contact, survey monkey or Medallia and more).
Creative and resourceful
Flexible schedule including holidays, as needed, and one weekend shift per week a must
This is an hourly role reporting to the Resident Experience Manager. The role also directly collaborates with Operations, Management and Leasing.
