Marketing & Design Coordinator

Oversee and Create Content & Campaigns Create print & digital campaigns including advertisements, broadcast emails and promotions. Create & write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market Create and manage internal and external landing pages for advertisements, events, partners and others as assigned. Develop strategies to engage followers on social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. Oversee social media schedule & coordinate in posting designs in Canva / Adobe / Later Create & Edit Video Content for Posts and Web Including recorded zoom segments for Vimeo Platform Internal signage design and coordination for office locations Organize articles for Monthly Newsletter Coordinate media schedule and reserve advertisement spaces Review Trends and Competitor Analysis; Adjusting as needed

Client Advertising & Marketing Manage Broadcast email schedule and plan Organize online storefronts with information on our products to keep them current including Insurance Journal, MyNewMarkets and Program Business Coordinate surveys, jotforms and other data collection tools for feedback Facilitate purchase of advertising merchandise with branding and monitor inventory

Associate Advertising & Marketing: Manage internal merch pop up shop & Associate Welcome Merch Coordinate and organize internal team building (SPIRIT) Creating and managing announcements and updates from the marketing department Creative Graphics and content for internal blog (JaWeb) and best practices (Jimcor University)

Event Planning and Coordinating Oversee yearly event schedule. Organize, assist with attendance and coordinate promotional events. Attending these events as required. Communicate with management to ensure deliverables meet deadline. Coordinate Record keeping for event performance and marketing planning for following year

Oversee Daily administrative tasks for client & business development including; Oversee Marketing Inbox’s and social media account replies to posts. Reviewing client inquiries via email and triage to route to the appropriate team member Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Coordinate new client onboarding and first year campaign. Ensure monthly marketing visit notes from a “call in box” from Underwriters into the CRM entered by month end

Marketing analytics including gathering & reporting on important data (social media, Google analytics, rankings etc.)

Communicate directly with management and build relationships Develop marketing strategy annually including budgeting, marketing plans, focus development of regions or products. Coordinate with sales managers to update team members accepting new agents/submissions

Back up other members of the team.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Prior marketing experience of 5-7+ years desired Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field, preferred, but not required with relevant experience. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet and Social Media Channels Knowledge of design programs including Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing, Later and Adobe Creative Suite Exquisite communication and people skills with leadership ability Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Eager to learn and contribute to a growing team and company
