The Support Center is hiring for a Marketing Assistant whose primary function is to support the sales and marketing team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Revenue Management and will coordinate with other BJL Marketing specialists. This is a part-time position (under 30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Canva administration (billing, user profiles, folder organization), training, and design (supporting club’s needs with flyers and other club collateral)
  • Support idea generation and field-level support of member programming as needed
  • Monitor and provide feedback for continual enhancement of member and client marketing communication (social media and email communication)
  • Maintain the client snapshot documentation when a new client onboards
  • Assist with member and customer surveys as needed
  • Assist in supporting day to day needs of maintaining the BJL Explorer Program
  • Collecting and organizing information/data with new club (client) onboarding
  • Private club email and social media trainings
  • Assist with private club communication
  • Google review responses
  • Administer Golf Santee social media and help with emails
  • Social Media Newsletter assistance
  • All other marketing and sales support as needed

Required Skills

Experience

  • Marketing or communications degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred

  • Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
  • Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
