We are looking for a Sales Project Coordinator to help improve our sales processes, create and analyze reports, and stay on top of cutting-edge SEO tactics. Providing direct support to the sales team and leadership, the Sales Project Coordinator facilitates conference details and appointments, maintains sales leads, helps generate strategic and compelling marketing collateral, and will help produce the BluShark Podcast. The role requires a strong administrative background with a desire for professional growth in sales and marketing. Responsibilities: Compile marketing materials for the sales department such as presentations and promotional content Coordinate logistics for sales tradeshows, conferences and other events including booking venues and overseeing event schedule Maintain and update data such as customer records, sales activities, and deal pipelines in HubSpot Create company email marketing newsletter and develop outbound sequences through Hubspot Organize and maintain files related to sales projects, marketing materials, and event planning Establish and maintain relationships with vendors Oversee production of conference materials by ensuring all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time Qualifications: Must have exceptional attention to detail Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays and vacation days. 90-day onboarding period with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
