Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our business. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing, architecture, and construction and develop valuable skills. You will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting client engagement.
Position Responsibilities
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and other relevant platforms. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
Website Content Management: Assist in updating and maintaining website content, including blog posts, project portfolios, and service pages.
SEO/SEM Support: Assist in keyword research, assist in the optimization of website content for search engines, and assist with paid advertising campaigns (if applicable).
Email Marketing: Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients. Track and analyze email campaign performance.
Blog Writing: Write compelling and informative blog posts related to home renovations, architecture, and construction trends.
Video Content Creation: Assist in the creation of videos showcasing job sites, construction details, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Train the production team on video and photo best practices.
Photography Management: Coordinate photoshoots of completed projects, ensuring high-quality images for marketing materials and online platforms.
Brand Management & Graphic Design:
Graphic Design/Branding Updates: Assist in the creation and implementation of visual content, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Client Engagement & Lead Generation:
Client Reviews & Testimonials: Proactively solicit client reviews and video testimonials to enhance credibility and build trust.
Client Surveys: Send and track responses to design and construction surveys, analyzing feedback to improve client satisfaction.
Personal Marketing Plans: Assist in the creation and implementation of personal marketing plans for team leaders.
Lead Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting on lead generation efforts.
Google My Business Optimization: Ensure that Google My Business is accurate and optimized.
Event Planning & Awards:
Event/Open House Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of events and open houses.
COTY Awards Entries: Prepare and submit entries for industry awards (COTY), showcasing the company's achievements.
Jobsite Signage: Creating, printing, and delivering custom inserts for jobsite signs (working with production for inventory of signs/setting up refurbishment as needed)
Administrative & Team Support:
Meeting Participation: Attend staff and departmental meetings, taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions.
Team Collaboration: Reach out to design and production teams to assist in content creation for social media posts and website blog posts.
Newsletter Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of company newsletters.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the creation of marketing reports and presentations.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.
