The position will work as a part of the Dover Compliance team and will be primarily responsible administering the hotline program and the record management policy. Additionally, this role will support other compliance projects and new initiatives as needed, both at the Dover and at OpCo levels, such as third party vetting, planning live training and webinars, supporting audits and investigations, and all other aspects of a robust, global compliance program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compliance Projects/Initiatives/Programs
Administer the hotline processes, including investigation support, reporting, and metrics
Manage daily hotline administration and investigation support
Run weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting from the system
Generate statistics and metrics from hotline data
Assist with communications and trainings related to voicing concerns
Assist with investigations as needed
Keep up-to-date with whistleblower regulations
Administration of the Records Management Policy
Periodic reviews of the policy or schedule
Organizing communication templates and training for the business to use for ‘clean up’ days
Assisting with organizing ‘clean up’ days for corporate office
Providing guidance for record management questions from various business areas
Serve as project manager on selected projects/initiatives
Support and participate in compliance risk assessment process
Support policy development and revisions
Respond to questions on Dover policies and programs
Support data analysis and benchmarking activity
OpCo Compliance Programs
Support continued growth of OpCo compliance programs and controls
Support OpCos in implementing Dover compliance initiatives
Respond to questions on Dover policies and initiatives
Global Training Program
Plan and support live training
Prepare and review training decks and eTraining material
Communications and Research
Assist with drafting quarterly newsletter for global distribution, monthly compliance bulletin for OpCo compliance contacts
Help support communication plans for project launches

Qualifications – Skills and Experience
Ability to communicate effectively cross-culturally both verbally and in writing
Close attention to detail; consummate proof-reader and fact-checker
Strong business and legal writing skills
Strong project management skills; proficiency in tracking tasks and keeping projects on schedule
Familiarity with compliance industry tools and resources
Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of webinar technology
Need to have knowledge/comfort to be able to run pivot tables, create charts and graphs, determine basic stats such as percentages, and understand basic data sorting techniques.
