Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator at Louis Plung & Company will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing efforts. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the firm's visibility and engagement with clients and prospects.
Experience Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), Canva - Required
- Event planning experience – Strongly Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of the firm's quarterly e-newsletter.
- Serve as the key point person for the creation of the firm’s monthly internal newsletter.
- Serve as the key point person for the firm’s social media presence – primarily LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Serve as the key point person for the creation of proposals.
- Keep professional staff bios up to date.
- Assist with ad creation.
- Assist with video and podcast content.
- Develop and implement a content calendar.
- Assist with content development, including topic development and working with professional staff on writing assignments.
- Assist with database (CRM) updates.
- Assist with email campaigns inside of the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Assist with major external firm events and client events.
- Assist with the development of niche-focused marketing campaigns.
- All other job tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills And Qualifications
- Efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- HubSpot and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds.
- Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment (e.g., computers, printers).
