At a Glance 


Daily Drop is seeking a highly skilled and connected Partnerships Director to join our team. In this role, your main job is to sell native flat fee newsletter sponsorships. You will also be the primary point of contact for our partners and responsible for managing relationships and contracts with clients, coordinating ad placements, tracking and providing performance data, and invoicing. 


As Partnerships Director, you will also have the chance to sell native sponsorships in other places such as our YouTube Channel, Instagram, website, etc. However, we see the biggest opportunity in newsletter sponsorships. If you are the person who can get us from ~20% of the newsletters being sponsored to 100%, fill out this application! 


You will develop and own the systems, processes, approvals, sponsors' calendar, and communication necessary to keep our partners, creative team, writers, and bookkeepers happy and help us ensure a performing and profitable operation. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Sell flat fee (not affiliate or CPC) newsletter sponsorships
  • Oversee all aspects of our advertising operations, including managing relationships with clients and coordinating ad placements
  • Manage our ad calendar to ensure placement dates are coordinated among our clients and that content is ready and approved for our editorial team
  • Own invoicing and follow through with performance data for our partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our advertising clients
  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty



What We Are Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience in a partnerships director or advertising operations role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Connected within the advertising industry


Employment Details

Location: This is a full-time remote position without any location requirements. We do ask that you are normally available during US mainland business hours (8a – 5p Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones)


Benefits: At this time, FareDrop, LLC. does not offer any additional benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Disability Insurance, etc. We are currently a small startup and are unable to offer any of these benefits competitively but hope for this to change as we grow!
