As an Operations Specialist your essential job functions will include the following:
Pricing Load & Updates
· Review all part additions and price changes for completeness.
· Load monthly pricing updates from OEM partners.
· Maintain MAP pricing in data base.
· Review all approved pricing for completeness.
· Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database.
· Create necessary price files in OEM designated format and communicate to customer.
· Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides.
Promotional Reporting
· Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personnel, Affiliate partners, and OEM.
· Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently.
· Communicate with OEM partners to acquire monthly promotion details, manufacturer news and updates, and training opportunities for dealers.
· Update monthly newsletter with relevant promotional materials and manufacturer news.
Administration
· Acquire required data to analyze relevant dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis.
· Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs as requested.
· Provide aid to the Program Manager on program related questions and issues.
· Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management.
· Resolve dealership billing concerns.
· Communicate with OEM partners on a regular basis to resolve invoice rejections and process billing.
Position Requirements
· 0- 2 years of experience in project management.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an intermediate user level.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and innovate.
