This is a full-time 6-month internship (dates are June 14, 2025, through January 3, 2026).
What You Will Do
The Role supports the work of the Disney Live Entertainment Global Inclusion Framework Team (DLE-GIFT). DLE-GIFT leverages strategic approaches to ENGAGE with DLE creative teams, to INSPIRE collaboration, and to INFLUENCE relevant content and storytelling for global audiences of DLE. We partner with colleagues of Walt Disney Imagineering, and Disney Consumer Products, to support the content relevancy needs of creative teams and partners across Disney Experiences.
Provide overall communication and visual support for a variety of DLE-GIFT projects and priorities to meet DLE global business needs
Undertake creative assignments including the design and production of newsletters, reports, summaries, or presentations, using various print, digital media, or communication platforms
Assist or take the lead with the development of treatments, presentation boards, and digital presentations. Using visual and design skills for assignments, which include layout and graphic communications, photoshop, pitching concepts, and otherwise, fleshing out ideas relevant to GIFT projects
Assist DLE-GIFT logistics and daily execution needs, with tasks such as crafting and maintaining schedules, note-taking, presentations, research, or documentation
Contribute to the development or maintenance of systems for coordinating, tracking, and handling DLE GIFT work streams, data collection, research, and information sharing
Support execution of DLE-GIFT relevancy consults, which may entail research, summaries, communication, and collaboration on projects with various internal and external partners
Gain a deep understanding of the role of live entertainment in Parks and Resorts through benchmarking park experiences and content, or participating in customized learning sessions to become an integral member of the team

Well-versed in AP Style, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including days, nights, and holidays
Flexibility to travel for work, which may include ground travel as a team member
Proficient communicator, as may be required for presentations and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using social media and video editing software
Experience in theater, themed entertainment, communications, public relations, marketing, or event coordination, preferably outside of an educational program
Current valid U.S. driver’s license: Operating a company vehicle may be part of this role
Proficiency in Research tools and/or database management tools with the ability to organize multiple layers of documentation

Education
Currently enrolled as a senior, or graduate student, earning a degree majoring in Communications, Digital Media, Design, Writing, Public Relations, or a related field
The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $18.75 per hour.
