At Autumn Communications, a comprehensive lifestyle agency, we blend PR strategy with affiliate marketing for a diverse array of top-tier brands. As an Associate Affiliate Manager, you will support in executing affiliate marketing strategies, managing affiliate relationships, and driving revenue growth for our clients. This role is pivotal in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programs. This role is heavily focused in maintenance of the program including recruitment, placement planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Strategy:
- Support the manager with implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Affiliate Management:
- Review & approve publisher applications
- Draft & send publisher newsletter communications
- Liaise between affiliate partners to identify new opportunities and book placement exposure
- Monitor day-to-day affiliate activity, responding to publisher & client inquiries
- Responsible for delivering placement assets + CPA extensions
- Update & monitor placement performance
Revenue Growth:
- Analyze affiliate performance data for optimization and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct frequent competitor audits to identify and recruit new partners into the program.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly analyze and report on affiliate performance and market trends to provide insights to clients and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry developments and opportunities to enhance program performance.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager & Coordinator, fostering a creative and positive team environment.
- Work closely with publishers and network teams to continue to grow & diversify client’s programs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience with major affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, and Pepperjam a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing performance
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
