We are looking for Contents Manger, responsible to strategize and execute day to day contents for our all aspect of our retail business, and Social Media platforms.
Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Contents Manager to oversee content creation, scheduling, and promotion across social media platforms and newsletter. The role encompasses managing all digital assets, including photography, graphics, videos, and audio used by US operations, of which from time to time, involves communicating with HQ in Japan. This role involves crafting newsletters, overseeing & drafting social media contents, managing annual content calendars, and collaborating with TikTok and Instagram influencers and ambassadors. Additionally, the Digital Content Manager will work internally to align content strategies with new product launches and promotional campaigns, leveraging their data insights to refine content plans and maximize engagement.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Contents Management Manager at Kubara Honke USA, Inc. in Torrance, LA. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's assets, managing portfolios, developing investment strategies, and conducting financial analysis. They will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize asset performance and achieve financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field/ preferable.
- 2+ years of experience in content management, strategy, and localization.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for newsletters and social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and ambassadors on platforms like TikTok and Instagram is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with E-Commerce and retail teams is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and localization for U.S. and Japanese markets.
- Bilingual Japanese and English are preferable.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content editing is a plus.
