Epika Fleet is looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team and help manage and organize content across multiple platforms.
The Social Media Intern will support the Social Media Specialist in organizing, scheduling, and managing content for Epika and its brands. This hybrid role includes remote work, occasional travel, and hands-on involvement in social media, project management, and audience engagement.
Contract Length 1 semester, with a January start date. Applicant must be available approximately 15-20 hours per week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content Management
- Organize and schedule content for Epika and its brands using Hootsuite.
- Ensure posts are published on assigned days and cross-posted across platforms.
Project Support
- Maintain and organize Monday.com boards for team members.
- Upload and help prepare media assets for caption writing and scheduling.
Engagement & Community Building
- Interact with Instagram and Facebook audiences, including participating in groups.
Newsletter Creation
- Assist in building newsletters by adding and organizing content.
User-Generated Content Management (UGCM)
- Curate UGC for LubeZone, write captions, and schedule posts.
Travel & Event Support
- Travel as needed for in-person team collaboration or brand events.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and tools like Hootsuite.
- Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for captions.
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative work style.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Preferred
- Some experience in social media management or content creation.
- Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Interest in fleet maintenance or automotive industries (not required).
