About The Role
We're seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and auxiliary platforms. This role combines creative content creation with data-driven strategy to elevate our brand voice in the B2B SaaS space. We're looking for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive meaningful engagement and growth across our social channels.
The role is full-time. Need to be able to work US time zones.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive LinkedIn content strategy and community management
- Create and manage content across multiple platforms (X, BlueSky, Instagram)
- Develop and execute email newsletter campaigns
- Design and implement email drip campaigns
- Track and report on social media analytics and growth metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B social media management
- Excellence in professional business writing and content creation
- Experience developing thought leadership content
- Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging social content
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and best practices
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting
- Experience with content scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic image and video editing capabilities
- Strong content calendar management skills
Day-to-Day Activities
- Create and schedule strategic social media posts
- Manage community engagement and responses
- Monitor and respond to comments across platforms
- Handle connection management and direct messages
- Participate in relevant industry groups
- Track and analyze performance metrics
- Grow and engage audience across platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sprout Social
- Knowledge of additional social platforms
- B2B SaaS industry experience
