We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.
A typical day as a Digital Marketing Specialist can include:
- Monitoring the creation and publishing of the content for Hiwin’s website and social media platforms;
- Running the digital content campaigns for Hiwin’s website and social media;
- Researching competitors, target market, and relevant keywords for our digital marketing strategies;
- Collaborating with Engineering to write copy for use in advertising, social media, and websites such as virtual trade shows;
- Participating in planning and implementation of effective marketing campaigns;
- Recommending new subject matter for social media posts, and once approved, writes blogs and posts summaries to approved social media sites i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, or X;
- Analyzing and measuring the performance of digital content to optimize and improve effectiveness;
- Monitoring social trends and provides insights on emerging platforms for opportunities for social growth;
- Making sure all content follows the best SEO practices and Hiwin’s style guidelines.
An ideal candidate would have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field required;
- At least 1-3 years’ experience as a Digital Content Specialist in a technical industry and/or a manufacturing environment, required;
- A strong portfolio with a range of digital content; including writing samples, videos and graphics for marketing purposes such as a blog, newsletter, digital advertising, or social media;
- A basic knowledge of SEO;
- The ability to be a self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects in a timely way;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and effective active listening;
- The ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment;
- Experience with Web or Graphic design, a plus;
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tool, a plus.
