The role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support our global commercial marketing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class organisation where you will manage all administrative functions and ensure the flawless running of operations. Our high-energy, collaborative team seeks a proactive individual who can bring fresh ideas and ensure everything runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support
- Lead on team offsite management.
- Coordinate quarterly livestreams.
- Manage team meeting diaries and room bookings.
Financial Administration
- Draft basic contracts.
- Process team credit card expenses.
- Manage the team budget tracker.
- Raise purchase orders, invoices, and manage supplier relationships.
- Book advertising opportunities.
Events Support
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Assist in email builds and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage merchandise for the commercial floor.
- Maintain the team’s Monday.com board for project management.
- Provide on-the-day support for events.
Campaigns Support
- Develop and handle the weekly internal commercial newsletter.
- Coordinate hospitality ticket bookings and distribution.
- Manage relationships with partners, such as The O2.
Key skills
Essential
- Proactive outlook and ability to take initiative.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining standards.
- Self-starter with high energy and the ability to manage relationships across the organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Experience managing and balancing budgets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
- Experience with Pardot or equivalent email campaign systems.
