Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Global Telco Channel Marketing Manager team. This critical role involves supporting the establishment of business rhythms for new channels while aligning with existing operations, adapting, and integrating processes for seamless business cadence. The analyst will develop processes and tools for expanding sales teams and ensure data sources, reporting, and CRM requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define core planning processes, develop key documents, KPIs, and manage the rhythm of business for the telco channel.
- Support the Sales Operations Lead in managing the Sales rhythm of business.
- Coordinate account reviews and partner meetings, ensuring all cross-functional teams are prepared.
- Assist in planning the forecasting cycle.
- Create and manage the weekly newsletter capturing critical sales updates and cross-functional insights.
- Support the Integrated Channel Planning process for global alignment while addressing EMEA regional needs.
- Manage and facilitate key retail meetings while supporting Sales Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Enablement roles.
- Experience working in large sales organizations and tech companies.
- Strong presentation skills both in person and virtually.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience with innovative technology that transformed how people connect, work, and socialize.
Skills Required:
- Critical thinking and flexibility.
- Self-starter with strong presentation skills.
- Expertise in Excel and the ability to translate data into insights.
