As Sr. Business Analyst II, you’ll be passionate about driving transformation and organizational excellence at the highest levels. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will lead efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Department of the Air Force (DAF) Executive Councils. This pivotal role combines strategic governance, process improvement, and change management to empower the Air Force's mission.

What you’ll do:
- You’ll work closely with Air Force leadership to shape policies, processes, and strategies that drive operational success.
- You will schedule, prepare, and manage Department of the Air Force Councils, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- You’ll apply Air Force-level expertise and industry best practices to evaluate and enhance governance processes and policies.
- You will utilize proven change management techniques to define requirements, develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- A bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in change management, driving impactful outcomes at an enterprise level.
- 5+ years working with the U.S. Air Force, leveraging deep institutional knowledge to inform strategic initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience implementing strategies to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- You have a passion for data analytics and visualization, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive decisions.
