Panoramic Health is seeking an individual who is passionate about storytelling and ensuring the effective implementation of communication strategies across multiple stakeholder groups. The Communications Manager will report to the Director of Enterprise Communications and will primarily focus on Panoramic’s internal communications strategy, while also supporting external and physician/practice communications initiatives.
In partnership with the HR team, this role will ensure employees across all levels feel informed, engaged, and aligned with our vision for growth. This role is critical to executing our 2025 communications strategy, which aims to support business growth, elevate the Panoramic Health brand, and increase visibility across the organization.
This position requires an understanding of nuanced communications, corporate-level copywriting, project management and excellent relationship skills. The position also requires attention to detail, organization, high-volume output, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
We are open to considering candidates based on location, and this role will work remotely full time, with the expectation to travel from time to time. Preferred candidates will reside in and around Atlanta, GA or EST.
Responsibilities Include
- Work with manager to develop and execute an internal communications strategy that fosters transparency, collaboration, and employee engagement. Bring best in class tools and creative ideas to the table to help us shape our internal narrative.
- Create and distribute engaging content for newsletters, intranet updates, leadership announcements, and employee events. Ensure we are dimensionalizing and reinforcing company values across comms touchpoints.
- Support initiatives that enhance company culture, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and leadership communications.
- Partner with senior leaders to craft messages that inspire and inform employees about company priorities, decisions, and milestones.
- Establish and manage mechanisms to collect employee feedback and measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
- Own Panoramic Health’s SharePoint-based intranet site.
- Assist in crafting consistent, compelling messaging for Panoramic Health’s website, social media, and external campaigns. Own regular updates to Panoramic Health’s LinkedIn account.
- Collaborate on industry trade shows and conferences to ensure cohesive communication and promotion.
- Support the creation of physician- and patient-focused marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Panoramic Health’s goals and values.
- Assist in crafting content for regular practice-facing newsletters, leveraging themes and content from the employee-focused newsletter.
- Assist with planning and logistics for twice-annual retreats for our Physician Executive Body.
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or related fields
- 3-5 years in corporate communications, agency communications, or combine
- Strong communication, writing and editing skills, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce engaging content for varying internal and external audiences. Professional, polished, and diplomatic in approach.
- Proactive self-starter who can work well independently or as a member of a cross-functional team and has strong planning, time management, prioritization and organization skills.
- Ability to manage projects and initiatives from concept to completion.
- Ability to move seamlessly between big picture thinking and tactical execution.
- Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into messages that will resonate with our target audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
- Background in healthcare or experience with multi-location organizations.
- Proven track record of executing internal communications strategies.
