We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. If you’re a creative storyteller, social media enthusiast, and influencer marketing expert with a knack for video content creation, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, produce, and schedule high-quality content for X-Golf's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more), with a primary focus on video content to drive engagement and showcase our brand.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.
- Audience Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow X-Golf’s social media following and increase engagement across all platforms.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with social media influencers to amplify X-Golf’s reach and brand awareness.
- Email Newsletter Management: Create and manage X-Golf’s monthly email newsletter, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and engagement goals.
- Franchise Support: Assist individual franchisees with social media strategies and best practices to support their local growth and brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, with a focus on video trends and best practices, to ensure X-Golf remains relevant and innovative in the digital space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a track record of audience growth and engagement.
- Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Strong skills in video content creation, including planning, shooting, and editing for social media platforms.
- Experience in email marketing and familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including how to evaluate and manage partnerships.
- Ability to provide training and support to others on social media best practices.
- Passion for sports, golf, and/or entertainment is a plus!
