The role of the General Support Administrator is to review and initiate action for the monitoring daily reports, provide sales lead tracking, record keeping for fleet and our safety program.
- Review daily reports associated with monitored accounts:
- Initiate corrective action by contacting customer for the potential of generating service calls.
- Document all interactions with customers covering liabilities associated with monitoring.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking of sales leads and assignments:
- Document sales activities as reported by each sales representative.
- Assign sales leads as directed by DGM and track progress of sales quotes.
- Follow up on sales activities.
- Company fleet support with record keeping:
- Support the Safety Specialist with QR Code survey tracking for vehicle wellness and initiate action when needed.
- Support the Safety Specialist with maintaining our driver's list and vehicle assignments.
- Support the Safety Specialist with tracking vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Employee Communication program support:
- Maintain a monthly District newsletter highlighting the district's employees and communicate other information as provided by department managers.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
