Job Description Summary:
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the marketing and community relations departments in their advertising, promotional, branding and events efforts. Their main duties will include completing clerical and administrative duties, supporting events and preparing promotional materials.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn and work in multiple external platforms
- Pull reports and data
- Reach out to employees for information
- Creative thinking for future campaigns and ways to drive more activity
- Assist with set up and coordination of events
- Organize and ship out various materials for events
- Sourcing venues for meeting and events
- Attend site visits of local venues
- Build out food and beverage programs for events/meetings
- Taking notes on calls
- Processing invoices
- Assist with newsletter updates or pulling content to share internally
- Administrative support for swag store operations
- Coordinate with the customer service and external vendors to launch new products
- Support the delivery and weekly orders of the Safety Incentive Program
- Support tradeshow-related logistics
- Organize Marketing warehouse and support with restocking and inventory
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- Able to work directly with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Great analytical research and writing skills for various formats.
- Best-in-class scheduling, time-management, and planning abilities.
- Able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A detail-oriented self-starter.
- Desire to contribute to an industry-leading company culture.
